Tools may include ChatGPT or similar AI assistants, n8n, Zapier or Make, Google Sheets or Excel, Airtable or similar tools, Notion, Looker Studio, basic API tools, and selected AI-assisted building tools such as v0 or Lovable for simple prototypes.

Depending on the cohort, specialization tracks may include AI for Business Operations, AI for Sales & Marketing, AI for HR & Recruitment, AI for Freelancers & Creators, and AI Builder for learners who want a bridge toward technical product building.

The standard AI & Automation Skills for Professionals course is designed as a 3-month program (600 teaching units). Exact duration, schedule, and intensity depend on the final course format and funding requirements.

The main funded qualification format is usually planned as an intensive full-time course. If shorter or part-time formats become available, they will be listed separately.

Instruction is primarily in English, with German support for labor-market integration, applications, and clarification where needed.

Yes. The course includes responsible AI, GDPR awareness, AI limitations, hallucinations, bias, data privacy, and how to evaluate whether a tool is appropriate for a workplace task.

Yes. You will work toward a practical role-based project, such as an automation workflow, AI-supported content or research system, HR or operations workflow, dashboard, or simple AI-assisted prototype, depending on your track.

Outcomes & funding

You should be able to use AI for daily work, create prompt libraries, improve research and communication tasks, map workflows, identify automation opportunities, build automations, create dashboards, and present a practical project for your role or career goal.

The course is designed to improve employability by helping you demonstrate practical AI and automation skills, build a portfolio project, communicate your value, and apply AI to real workplace problems. Individual outcomes depend on your prior experience, effort, language level, location, mobility, and the job market.
